(Note: Listen to 5-min demo below)
Some people find trance work difficult to begin with. It’s hard to get over the first little road bump.
Once you do that it’s easy. You can speed up your results and get right to the juicy stuff?
I’ve been using a special recording for the last year and it’s really helped me out.
Please note: don’t use this every time you meditate. I use it 50/50.
Higher levels of consciousness
Lucid dreaming is awareness. Awareness inside a dream. Increase your awareness in reality and it will improve your awareness in a dream. Lucid dreams!
To be aware in reality you need to reach a higher level of consciousness. Most people do this through meditation, which is something I strongly recommend. The Lucid Trance isochronic recording will let you reach higher levels of consciousness much quicker.
How does it work?
You can grab your brain frequency by the scruff of the neck and drag it to a higher level
The Lucid Trance recording has a hidden tone that starts beeping on/off at the same frequency as your brain. It’s so fast you won’t notice it.
Soon your brain will think it’s at one with the recording. Then the recording can change frequency and your brain will mimic it. This will make it easier –
You have 4 main brainwave states:
- Alpha (heightened state of alertness and focused concentration)
- Beta (relaxed mental awareness and reflection)
- Theta (deep relaxation, meditation, creativity, stress relief, and dreaming)
- Delta (deep dreamless sleep and healing)
During the day we are always in the Alpha frequency. We do jump between levels, but only for a split-second. Alpha is the main frequency you operate on when awake.
The recording starts of at the Alpha frequency until it hooks in your brain. Then it takes your brain into the Beta frequency, and eventually to Theta and Delta.
Why more lucid dreams?
The recording has 2 specific purposes:
- The music stops thoughts from popping into your head
- It takes your brain into Beta, Theta, and Delta frequencies
Once you are aware inside Theta and Delta you’re building your awareness at the exact same levels they will be at in your dreams. This is how I think it works:
- Listen to recording and practice your awareness in Theta
- Go to sleep and dream in Theta
- Become lucid because you have practiced your awareness in Theta
Remember what it’s for
The Lucid Trance recording is about building up your awareness while inside a trance.
If you use it to practice your awareness inside a trance you’ll get great results. I think you’ll start having multiple spontaneous lucid dreams within a week or two (that’s what happened with me), but you’ll eventually gain all the benefits from my article on the 11 ways meditation is the best lucid dreaming technique in the world.
Try it for yourself
I’ve got a 5 minute demo you can try out. Just remember to wear earphones because it’s stronger.
When listening to the recording just focus your awareness on something other than your thoughts.
Please know I receive a percentage of the sale if you order, but it doesn’t affect the price you pay.
It’s not essential, but it’s an amazing tool that will last you forever and it will definitely take your lucid ability to the next level.
P.S. As a guide, I use it about 50% of the time I meditate, especially when I don’t really feel in the mood.
P.P.S. Keep it on your phone, MP3 player, or even laptop and use it before you go to sleep.
