Everyone has the ability to become lucid while inside their dreams. All you need to do is become aware you’re dreaming. Once you’re awareness reaches a certain level you’re lucid.
It sounds simple in theory, but right now your awareness is not high enough. That is why I think the most important thing you must do is carry out techniques to increase your awareness naturally.
Once you become more aware during the day it will carry over into the dream world. Having a high level of awareness also means it’s easier to hold onto when you try to pass directly into a lucid dream without losing consciousness.

Raise your natural awareness
