You might become lucid multiple times throughout the night, but if you don’t remember anything when you wake up it’s pointless. Building up your dream recall is essential, so we’re going to look at how you can start to remember your dreams when you wake up.

In the beginning you might find it difficult, but sooner or later you’ll remember them. After a certain length of time you will remember multiple dreams per night and you’ll remember everything about being lucid.
